How does the charm bar work?

At Honey Halo Charms, our charm bar is a unique, hands-on experience where guests create custom charm bracelets or purse charms. We offer two options:

• Full-Service: Our team assists each guest in choosing charms, arranging their design, and securely fastening the bracelet.

• DIY Experience: Guests select charms and use our tools to build their own creations. Our team is on-site to guide and assist, and this package includes complimentary bubbly and snacks.
  Both options come with four beautiful floral arrangements to elevate your table setting.

Is the bracelet sweatproof and waterproof?

Our bracelet chains are gold-plated for added durability and longevity, making them more resistant to tarnishing than cheaper alternatives. However, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water or sweat to preserve the beauty and quality of both the chain and charms.

Can I bring my own bracelet or chain?

At this time, we do not allow guests to bring their own bracelets or chains. To ensure a consistent experience and proper charm attachment, we provide high-quality, gold-plated chains that are designed specifically for our charm bar setup.

Do you offer custom or personalized charms?

Yes, we do offer custom and personalized charms with advance notice! If you're looking for something specific: like initials, names, special dates, or themed designs, just let us know when booking. Custom charms require extra lead time, so we recommend reaching out at least 4 weeks before your event to ensure availability.

How long does it take to build my piece?

Most guests complete their custom bracelet or purse charm in about 30 minutes with the DIY option. The exact time depends on how quickly you choose your charms and assemble your piece. We provide all the tools you need and are there to assist if you have questions or need help along the way!

Can I purchase a premade bracelet to gift someone or is this an in-person service only?

While our charm bar is primarily an in-person experience, we do offer a limited selection of premade bracelets that make perfect gifts! If you're interested in a custom premade piece, reach out to us as we're happy to create something special and ship it to you or have it ready for pickup with advance notice.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our charm pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If there’s an issue with your item, please reach out to us within 7 days of your event or purchase, we’re happy to address concerns and will do our best to make it right

Do I need to place a deposit or sign a contract for my event?

Yes, to secure your date, we require a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of $100. This helps us reserve your spot and begin preparing your charm selection and materials. The remaining balance is typically due one week before your event. We'll walk you through all the details during the booking process.

If I lose a charm can I replace it?

Unfortunately, we are unable to replace lost charms. We recommend handling your bracelet with care to avoid losing any of your beautiful charms. If you need additional charms, you can always visit us to select new ones for your bracelet!

When should I book the charm bar for my event?

We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and allow us to prepare the perfect charm selection for your group. For larger parties or special requests, booking even earlier is advised!

Are your charms suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes, we offer gold-plated chains and charms (in select packages) that are hypoallergenic, making them a great option for those with sensitive skin. If you have specific concerns, feel free to reach out to us, and we can guide you toward the best options.

What does your team need to set-up at my event?

To ensure a smooth setup, we require a clean, flat surface (rectangular table) for the charm bar, and two chairs. If you are planning on the DIY package, we do require one additional rectangular table for the guests to sit at and eight additional chairs for that table.

Eight guests can make bracelets at one time for the DIY package. Our team will bring everything needed for the charm-making experience, including tables, tools, charms, and floral arrangements. Just let us know if you have any specific requirements for the space!
